Groundhog Predicts Barrie Real Estate Early Spring

Apparently Wiarton Willie has predicted an early spring for Barrie Real Estate. I always thought we predicted the length of the winter based on whether the groundhog saw his/her shadow, but apparently there has been an upgrade and Wiarton Willie now speaks and interprets. Be that as it may it never did make much sense to me: 6 weeks of winter if the ground hog saw its shadow and how long if the groundhog did not. Beats me. Nevertheless winter lasts just as long as it does and spring comes when it is ready. Here in Barrie even the winter is a good time to buy a home.
